The “orange theory” is to spend at least 12 minutes in the orange zone to boost metabolism, burn fat, and calories. Whether you’re walking, jogging, or running on the treadmill, you’ll identify which pace is your base pace, push pace, and all out. Your coach will guide you, telling you at what level of intensity you should be exerting yourself and when you should pull back. Hot House Yoga

Head down the road on Midlothian Turnpike to Hot House Yoga! Each class is heated with their state-of-the-art heating system. There are many benefits to heated classes! Hot House Yoga offers a variety of different classes, such as Hot Stability, Hot Flow, and Hot Yin. At a slightly faster pace, Hot Stability is the second slowest of the classes. In this class, you’ll learn different yoga poses and hold them for a bit longer.
